Founder, EIA360
Mr. M.Nagrajan Achary
The visionary behind EIA360, an integrated environmental governance platform designed to transform how environmental compliance and conflict prevention are approached in India. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental Law and having specialization in Environmental law and Corporate Law, with a strong focus on bridging the gap between legal frameworks, environmental governance and real-world implementation.
Driven by the increasing challenges of fragmented environmental systems, delayed assessments, and rising legal disputes, he conceptualised EIA360 as a comprehensive solution that integrates Environmental Impact Assessment, ESG compliance, legal advisory and conflict mitigation into a single platform. His vision is to build a robust, accessible and future-ready environmental legal ecosystem that enables sustainable development while minimising litigation and ensuring regulatory clarity for all stakeholders.
Anushri Bajpai
Research team Head
Anushri Bajpai is a law graduate and is completing her LL.M. from Guru Ghasidas Central University. With an academic foundation in law, she brings research-driven insights and a keen interest in environmental and regulatory frameworks.
She has also completed a Diploma in the Foundation of Animal Laws, reflecting her broader commitment to environmental and ecological justice. At EIA360, she contributes to legal research, policy analysis and content development, helping shape the platform’s knowledge and compliance framework..

Winter Kumar is an undergraduate law student at Guru Ghasidas Central University. He brings fresh perspective, academic engagement and active involvement in the development of the platform.
He contributes to research support, data and the evolving structure of EIA360, playing a key role in building a collaborative and multidisciplinary foundation for the initiative.
